Talking Hands 1

I’ve been looking at my hands and their relationship to my brain and art making. When observing myself thinking I’ve been noting the way my hands reveal the brain working, from anxious twitching to rhythmic finger dancing and chin rubbing. The actions & gesticulations working in someway with the electrical pulses and chemical connections; inside working with the outside, mind working with body. Some of the actions are more soothing, some are more about expressing frustration and some appear automatic. Importantly for me they are visual representations, so I’m going to continue document & explore
